April 22 - Earth Day Workshop and Tasting
Join Drs. David and Carla LaClerc for this hands on workshop designed to teach and promote the use of healthy, local, sustainable and organic food for Earth Day. All ages are welcome! We're still cooking up the menu but dishes may include: Springdell Farm's grassfed beef, sauteed kale, quinoa salad, asparagus salad, coconut macaroons and more.
